Talented Woman Fair Registration Form

This year’s fair will be Sunday July 30, 2006,from 10-4. Set up can begin at 8. Vendors are responsible to provide all tables, chairs, tenting and anything else used in their spaces. Should it rain, the event will be moved from outdoors on Main Street to the high school. To participate, please print and complete this form, and enclose a check for $40 payable to Art Chicks/ Coop de Ville. Return them to Coop de Ville during business hours (Monday-Saturday 9-5 & Sunday 12-4) or mail to PO Box 296 Louisville, NE 68037. Feel free to call 234-2717 with any further questions.
